Good Service but it took forever We had the car towed to the dealership on a Monday. Despite numerous calls and voice mails left for the service center, nobody called us back. Finally late on Wednesday they returned our call only to tell us they needed to order the part. They finally finished the very expensive repair on Friday. Obviously they didn't even look at the car on Monday or Tuesday. And they refused to give us an update. More

Appointments are meaningless I was told I had a 7 am appointment for a routine recall fix that would take an hour. I arrived before 7 for the appointment. The service advisor told me that the car would be ready in less than 90 minutes. After 90 minutes I spoke to the service advisor who told me that he was waiting for a technician to start to work on my car. He couldn’t explain why I was asked to bring my car in at 7 when they hadn’t started to work on the car at 8:45. I left the dealership and they called me at 11:30 to let me know that the car was ready to pick up. So the reality is that you don’t get an appointment at Dick Scott. They get to work on your car when it is convenient to them. The customer ‘s time is not respected. The dealer works to its advantage. More

Usually love the service but My last visit I was told that add'l work needed to be done for $1100. Called this morning to find out what was wrong & when I could come in and was told that they would have to look it up. The service person did not give me any paperwork on the needed repairs. I am 70 yrs old and need to know what is going on. Somebody was to call me back in a half hour so for the 1st time the service has not been as good as it always has been. Very disappointed. Trying to make plans with my Boss to get time off to get the car fixed. More
