I came in because my personal mechanic told me that my passenger side break pad was metal on metal while the driver side was still in good condition and said I needed to have them replaced. Before I allowed him to replace them, I decided to take it to the dealership and complain about it because I had just bought the vehicle 2 months prior and wanted to know how it could pass inspection like that. Joe Prokes offered to completely inspect my breaks at no charge to find out what was going on and to find out where the source of the problem was. It turns out my mechanic was the source, he was trying to con me into doing a job that wasn't needed and despite my accusations, Darrel and the staff at your dealership were very kind to me and put my mind at ease that there was nothing wrong with my breaks. Needless to say, I've given my mechanic the boot! I was so greatful and appreciative for their thorough job, I've had breaks go out on me a couple times and at the worst times, while coming off expressway offramps! I'm already disabled, I don't care to make the situation worse. Darrel was so sweet, he even offered to wash my Jeep for me. Thank you so much again everyone! More
I always have a good experience at Dick Scott. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and even when I've had issues the staff has worked with me to resolve them to my satisfaction. Allan was always less than cordial with me, never very helpful, and they could not find the problem with my Jeep after 2 visits, and I was still required to pay the $80 diagnoses fee...they didn't diagnos helpful, and they could not find the problem with my Jeep after 2 visits, and I was still required to pay the $80 diagnoses fee...they didn't diagnose anything. My husband has leased a Lexus RX350 for the last 6 years and Volvos before that. Along with Lexus he considered Cadillac SRX, Lincoln MKX, and the new Jeep GC this time. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and was asked how they could help me. I let them know what type of vehicle I was looking for and that I had already priced it out at another dealership. My husband recently turned in his leased 2008 Jeep Commander for a 2011 Jeep Liberty and Antwone again was awesome! The perception of purchasing a car from a dealership is usually not good; almost equal to the joy of having a root canal. Previous experiences made me feel like I was being taken advantage of from 'smooth talking' car salepeople. Now, we won't go anywhere else but to Dick Scott Dodge and Antwone Bedford to purchase or lease a vehicle. We get great service which includes not feeling like there were invisible ink clauses that we just signed our life away, to. These are fairly large purchases that you don't want buyers remorse as soon as you drive off the lot. We haven't had that feeling in a long time thanks to Dick Scott Dodge and Antwone. More
In 2003 when I was looking to lease/buy a new Dodge or Chrysler mini van, I had stopped in many dealerships to see what they could offer me. My final visit was to Dick Scott Dodge and that is where I met Chrysler mini van, I had stopped in many dealerships to see what they could offer me. My final visit was to Dick Scott Dodge and that is where I met Larry Welsh. Larry was different from all of the other sales people that my wife and I talked to about a new van. He wanted to sell me a new van (as all of the other sales people), but was truly interested in helping us in any way he could. The entire dealership (sales and service) made leasing a new van a very pleasant experience. Ever since then when my lease is about to expire, I call Larry and let him know what we are looking to lease. We visit the dealership. We discuss what we would like to have on the vehicle with Larry. Before we leave the showroom, Larry and his sales team find just the perfect vehicle for us. Because of all my past experiences with Dick Scott Dodge(before they added Chrysler and Jeep), I believe that they are the best dealership in the ares. More

They quoted me and I decided to go with most of the service (i.e. the required repair) and they weren't pushy about getting all of it done. The service was done in a couple of days and it looks great! Joe and another couple of employees made sure I was satisfied when I picked up my jeep and the bill/paperwork was very organized and all ready for me upon pick up and the invoice was presented in a nice folder. My jeep was detailed inside and I was provided a small sample of touch up paint, which was a very nice touch. I'd keep coming back with super service like I experienced this time! I did not purchase my PT Cruiser from Dick Scott. I was unhappy with the service at the dealership I purchased the car from and the next dealer I tried for service also. So, after several years (and 75,00 unhappy with the service at the dealership I purchased the car from and the next dealer I tried for service also. So, after several years (and 75,000 miles) with no service, I had some real issues that needed to be addressed. Checking the dealer reviews I saw a lot of satisfied responses from Dick Scott cutomers and I scheduled my work at the Plymouth Road dealership. Add me to the list of satisfied customers; their service department is fantastic. They provided a loaner for me to use. They completed the work on time. I knew in advance what the price would be. Everything they worked on is as it should be, it feels like I have a new car and it even came back clean. I would not consider going anywhere else for service for this vehicle. More
