I have read your comments and I am very sorry for your concerns. Unfortunately, we did not lease you the vehicle you turned in to our dealership and have no control over the lender who provided your financing. As our lease manager is familiar with the lender you chose, he advised you of their policy of charging their customers for everything they consider to be "excessive wear and tear" at the time of your lease turn-in. He also explained that there was no way for him to estimate these charges. After receiving a bill from your lender, you contacted our dealership. Although we agreed the bill seemed excessive and made calls to the lender on your behalf, they were unwilling to make any adjustments. At this point, despite our efforts to assist you, you are still unhappy with Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
