Well right from the start with the greeting from Ricky through the whole process, he was direct and honest. I felt comfortable. We ran the numbers and agreed on a plan that was best for me. Ricky is the first salesman I have had in over 20 plus years that actually knew the car I was buying and features. More importantly he took the time on delivery to walk me through the vehicle and show me all the new technology, not referring me to the manual or the internet, youtube, for information like the last dealer I was at.
