I took my truck which is a 2019 to get the brakes done the first time. When they did the brakes I heard a squealing noise on the right driver side tire. I took this to a professional and he told me that t the first time. When they did the brakes I heard a squealing noise on the right driver side tire. I took this to a professional and he told me that this was indeed caused by not turning the rotor correctly. When I went to Dick Poe the answer was that it was my fault because I go off-road and that this was the culprit. So it turns out that off road selected one brake rotor and pad to mess with. Do not get your work done here. I will only take it for oil changes other than that they do not know how to work on vehicles. Never again Dick Poe Toyota. Never again. More

I took my Toyota Prius in to get a new battery. I first received a diagnosis with a list of over ten items that needed to be replaced from wipers to a battery. I chose to get the battery replaced along wit received a diagnosis with a list of over ten items that needed to be replaced from wipers to a battery. I chose to get the battery replaced along with a couple of other items totally around $520.00. When I picked up the car the display no longer functioned. I returned the car and no one would take responsibility. I talked to the employee in charge of my car and he said he did not notice the display was not working. I then talked to the manager and no one would take responsibility. I was assured the technician working on the car did not damage my car. I was then told the new bill would be over 2000 dollars to replace the screen. The display was not listed on the original list of items to be replaced. From the cashier that I paid to the employee who handled my car to the manager and the young man you had his mask down below his nose driving my car, the whole experience was poor. I do not recommend Dick Poe to anyone and I will never take my car back to this establishment. There was not one bit of service or good will from the service department. More

We took our vehicle in to Dick Poe Toyota for a 30 minute oil change, and they performed an unauthorized warranty repair that took 4 hours. To make matters worse, they did not properly perform the unauthorized repair, and gave us the runaround for 5 weeks before finally screwing us over enough to make me mad. To make a long story short, I had to pay a different dealership to repair Dick Poe Toyota's unauthorized repair. No one from Dick Poe Toyota has ever apologized for the unauthorized repair, the inconvenience, the botched repair, the runaround from the service department, nothing. They have, however, contacted me personally leaving derisive messages and e-mails. You'd be better off buying from anywhere else than Dick Poe Toyota. Ron Perkins More
