Dick Poe Dodge

Took my minivan in two years ago, yeah two years ago. It was under warranty (lifetime). Dick Poe dodge said that I needed a new engine. At the time it had 148,000 miles on it. They said they did a compression check and I had 3 bad cylinders. We went back and forth for a year and half. They refused to fix or replace the engine unless I canceled the remaining warranty. After having my minivan for a year and a half, I had to have it towed. I got a second opinion from another shop. Turns out there never was an engine problem, it was all electrical. Now they refuse to pay for the repairs after offering $9100 to replace the engine that didn't need to be replaced after all, even though all the repairs came to a lot less than $9100. Stay away from Dick Poe Dodge. They lied to me. I will never by another Dodge again. Buyer beware. Don't trust them or their warranties. More
