Wonderful customer service! Treated us like family. My friend and I went in to sell her Jeep. I know a little more about the process so I tagged along to help. She was happy with the price they offered an friend and I went in to sell her Jeep. I know a little more about the process so I tagged along to help. She was happy with the price they offered and she sold it to them. This is where they really went out of the way for us. My friend is a 7 year military vet and had a sticker on the back of her vehicle that meant something very personal to her. It had to do with the loss of a friend while they were deployed together. I don’t want to go into detail, because that’s not my story to tell. Anyway, she was pretty upset yesterday evening after the sale, because even though it’s just a sticker it’s a very special thing to her and rightfully so. I called Dick Myers this morning and explained the situation. A manager immediately said say no more I’ll do what I can. He not only got the sticker off in one piece but, helped by laminating it for her so it wouldn’t have any additional damage. Needless to say when I dropped it off to her she was over the moon. I highly recommend going to Dick Myers! They’re good people and care about there customers. Thanks again Darrell, Mike, Blaine, and everyone who helped with the sale and with the sticker! God bless! Selling you parts you don't want When my truck broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed there I was originally told by two mechanics who helps me that it needed a starte When my truck broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed there I was originally told by two mechanics who helps me that it needed a starter. Yes originally I did tell them to put a starter on but then they called me and said that the problem was not the starter and that they need a diagnostic I was under the impression that I was going to be charged for a starter and a diagnostic I told them no do not put the starter on through the diagnostic then when I go to pay for it they went ahead and put the starter on and charged me over $400. Now they don't want to take the starter back because they're lying and swearing that did the end of the conversation that that's what I wanted when it is. I will never go there again and I would never recommend this to anyone else. Very disappointed in the service More

Rude and deceitful I was shopping for a used car, and while the salesman was kind, the used car manager Jim Lowe was unnessarily aggressive and rude. I say this because I was shopping for a used car, and while the salesman was kind, the used car manager Jim Lowe was unnessarily aggressive and rude. I say this because after listing all the found defects of the used car for sale, he immediately increased his tone of voice in a defensive manner. This was unnecessary given my continued calm nature presented during the negotiations. Given the amount of work that's needed to be done to the vehicle plus the "as is" sale, I didn't find an offer of 1500 less than asking (paid in full) to be unreasonable, especially for a vehicle thats 17 years old. I should have known this level of escalation would occur given his initial interaction in which he stated the vehicle had no rust, which it in fact did (hello, it's from PA and 17 yrs old). Also the salesman initially said that the car came with a powertrain warranty which Jim later declared was incorrect, which automatically created a lack of trust and creditability. Yet I was told to trust them because they'd "feel comfortable selling this car to a family member". I'm sorry, but trusting a strangers word is not on my list when making a decision that involves thousands of dollars with no warranty involved. We even offered an alternative and asked for a 30-90 day powertrain and drive train warranty or at least a discount on parts or service if needed regarding the specific parts of concern. If you trust the car so much why would a discount on parts be unreasonable? The whole experience was sketchy and deceitful. Beware. More
