Good. Service was Good (coolant fan(s) were replaced) and staff are friendly however, I was informed that I would receive a call after the test drive to see Service was Good (coolant fan(s) were replaced) and staff are friendly however, I was informed that I would receive a call after the test drive to see if the check engine light came back on. I didn't receive a call to my cell, so I picked the car up the next morning (sat) and shortly after driving off, the check engine light appeared which meant I had to make another visit in to have the sensor replaced. As a convenience I would've had the work done on that visit. Also, I thought the diagnostic test fee was deducted from the order total. If possible I would like to receive a copy of the diagnostic test for my records. Don the service advisor was pleasant. The gentleman that returned my car to me that Sat morning became very busy but remained pleasant. Also, the cashier on the showroom floor that cashed me out was professional and pleasant. More

Tires I was told that I needed a new right front tire so I asked how much. The man smiled at me and said 194.00 for the tire plus mounting. I bring my 2012 Mustang in for service to this dealer all the time because it's close to home, and I'm happy I did because the service has been outsta I bring my 2012 Mustang in for service to this dealer all the time because it's close to home, and I'm happy I did because the service has been outstanding. They found something loose, and quickly took care of it under warranty. And the sales staff comes over just to chat about my car... no pressure, just car talk because they know I appreciate Mustangs. The service staff is always friendly, and I get my car back quickly when promised. Highly recommended. More
Engine idler pulleys needed to be replaced. Stopped in the Quick Service for oil change. Ask the have noise looked at. Idler pulleys were warn causing the noise. AWESOME I recently purchased my vehicle at Dick Masheter, and from the time of purchase to the present I have been overwhelmed with joy as to how kind conside I recently purchased my vehicle at Dick Masheter, and from the time of purchase to the present I have been overwhelmed with joy as to how kind considerate and helpful it has been for me to know that I final found a dealership that treats me the way I want to be treated and ya'll have DELIVERED and I thank you for that, today I had an appointment to have a oil change and a overall inspection because I am going out of town, I was greeted by Brandon which made me feel welcome and that he was going to make sure that I had nothing to worry about that all my concerns would be taken of, after checking my vehicle over Brandon showed me some things that needed some attention I to could see that it needed to be taken care of and had the oil changed and a alignment, tire rotation cabin air filter changed an along with the complete inspection, After the completion of the work and the timing to do the work the wait was very pleasant I drove my car home and I couldn't believe how much smoother my car drive and I thought it was smooth before,,, Brandon you are knowledgeable and very courteous an I can truly say I'm not worried or concerned that I will be safe on the road Thank you Brandon Hood and Thank you Travis Ruck for keeping me safe an taking care of my 2011 Ford Edge Limited!!!
