Service department Had to call several times to get someone to answer in the service department. Not good customer service. I asked the receptionist again what was going on with the service center and she transferred me again and Brandon answered again and said you don't need an appt. very frustrating!!!! More

The service staff both in the Quick Lane and regular service department treat customers (even female ones) with courtesy giving detailed information about the condition of the vehicle and options for resolving any problems. Customers are told approximately how long the service will take and offered shuttle service if the wait is too long. Both areas have friendly staff who have made my visits painless. More
