But because of that my bottom line is, I will not go back to Dick Masheter dealership again, nor will I recommend this dealer. Details of this feedback are as follows... I called, 10/15/2019, the service department 7 days before we picked my convenient service appointment date, 10/22/2019. I verbalized to the service tech person I was talking to all the details of the items I wanted looked at, checked out and repaired at that time. A day later I sent to the service department an email with the details of the problems. On the day of my service appointment I gave the representative a detailed printout (previous mileage of oil, filter, coolant, check engine light, steering alignment, etc) of all the issues. We went through each item thoroughly. To me it appeared my dealer's scheduled service document only had little details. Late in the afternoon on day 3 1/2 of the service I called the dealer for the service department. This was not good. No one would answer in the service department. Tried 3 times and later sent an email asking for the status. By day 5 (Sunday not counted) I called again. Took over 15 minutes to get the service tech to talk to me. Told me the vehicle was in the service area that was to find out what was making squeaking noise in the rear end. That the vehicle had been there for 2 days. Appeared all the other checkout items had not been accomplished. I asked for details of all the service items that are on the listed. I was told to expect a callback later that day. It did not occur. Called back to the service department on day 6. Again it was hard to get anyone to speak to me. Finally another service rep talked to me. Asked the same questions I had from yesterday. He could not provide me of the status of the other items the vehicle was being looked at. I asked if he could find out more details and call me back. I did not get a call back. On day 7 called again and I went through the same (no answers for me). Voiced how displeased I was with nothing being done on my vehicle. I was told that the folks in the service department were few and far between, WOW! Called back into dealership and asked to speak to the service manager, named Todd Purcell. Operator did not connect me to him. I asked for a callback from him. He never called me. On the afternoon of day 8 made another call to the service dept. The ONLY answer they could give me was the vehicle was still in department for the rear squeaking noise. I told them this was totally wrong. Nothing was being done for 8 days. Advised the tech I would be in on day 9 to pick up my vehicle. Called back into dealership and again asked to speak to the service manager, Todd Purcell. I did not get connected. Asked operator to leave message for him. On day 9 at 1 PM I arrived to get vehicle. Had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to help me. It was the same service tech I had on the first day. The current status she gave me was just the rear squeaking noise supposedly looked at, UNBELIEVABLE. I advised her how disappointed I was. She comment too about the lack of workers. I asked if we could talk to the service manager, Todd Purcell. She tried calling him on the dealership numbers, but got no connection to him. Will say she appeared to call his cell # and talked to him, but I did not. I did ask again if he could call me. Have not received any calls from this manager nor any back from dealership. When I went out to drive away I saw the rear passenger door had been hit. I went back into the service department and told them of this door damage. More

Great Body Shop Purchased 2017 F150 from Ricart Ford and they no longer have a body shop. My truck was sideswiped. I contacted Dick Masheter Body Shop and Assistant B Purchased 2017 F150 from Ricart Ford and they no longer have a body shop. My truck was sideswiped. I contacted Dick Masheter Body Shop and Assistant Body Shop Manager Andy reassured me that their shop was the place for my Aluminum Body F150 to be repaired. They have a shop dedicated to Aluminum Body repair wilth Factory Trained Technicians. From start to finish Great Top Notch Service, Communucation, Insurance Claim, loaner vehicle., and Great Results. More

Great service appointment I brought my new F150 in for regular service. the staff was very helpful and kind. The service was quick and well done. I asked about the recalls t I brought my new F150 in for regular service. the staff was very helpful and kind. The service was quick and well done. I asked about the recalls that I had been notified by mail about and the service manager ( Brandon ) was very knowledgeable about them. Work service ever Worst service department ever. Bought a new Platinum Explorer and sales department was GREAT but I can't say how awful service was...... They ha Worst service department ever. Bought a new Platinum Explorer and sales department was GREAT but I can't say how awful service was...... They had our car for almost 5 weeks. I will not go into all the details as I would take me hours to write but they never contacted us to give us updates. My wife was calling them begging for updates and could not get anything. I even spoke to Bob Masheter when it was all said and done (problem not resolved) and he all but came out and called my wife a liar. Worst dealership ever. If you buy or have service from them you will regret it in the long run. More

THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN DRAGGED THRU! Brought our business van in on 7/03/17....Met with Matt and told him he might want to take a look at the tires as i have had delaminations in the past Brought our business van in on 7/03/17....Met with Matt and told him he might want to take a look at the tires as i have had delaminations in the past and it was shaking badly...."No problem 'Buddy' we'll get you fixed up!"....i go thru Brandon next, Heath next and Aaron next all offering excuses, promising they will get to it.....i call over eight times over the course of the month plus that they had my van. Never got a return call!.....i finally on my last call say "fix it or give it back"....wait two days and again i call to check-in...they still had not looked at it .....(it has been over a month!)....I say ''get it ready i'm picking it up".....as i am driving away i stop and ask to speak to the owner.....I get Jeremy McNutt and he says they will fix it and as i was concerned about driving it i take him up on his offer.....fixed with-in 4 hours.....Delaminations in the tires!....Nerer-Ever go there! Find a dealership that will give you honest assessments and time frames!....The Worst SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER BEEN DRAGGED THRU!- - HERE IS ANOTHER HINT FOR THEIR.... DIS-SERVICE... DEPT. do not EVER refer to your customer as "BUDDY". More
