My car was in an accident in July 2023. I bought it at Masheter. As of this date, it is still not completely repaired. I have been told multiple lies, given multiple false dates by which se I bought it at Masheter. As of this date, it is still not completely repaired. I have been told multiple lies, given multiple false dates by which services were supposed to be completed. Their service people all say they're sorry, but no one DOES anything. My insurance has already paid for the repair of my bumper, or I would never go back. I would give negative stars if possible. More

Excellent body shop management & excellent work. I work with a rental company and we send most of our trucks there that come back damaged and Kevin & Jamie are on top of the ball with communication I work with a rental company and we send most of our trucks there that come back damaged and Kevin & Jamie are on top of the ball with communication and work through everything in a timely manner and have always been upfront and honest on everything. All of our trucks comeback looking brand new, and that is a lot considering how they show up there. I HIGHLY recommend going here for body work, 10/10. More

Found a seal on the back hatch torn, rear window seal is not correct. Nut missing from a shield on bottom of car. BRAND NEW! I set up service thru their app. Explained all issues on service request. I get my car back. Air sound is gone and nut is replaced. The seals in hatch not repaired/replaced. I call in and speak with Brandon from internet sales. He takes blame and says its his fault cause of what he said to service dept. "fix the air sound" ok fine, but I used your service app. My issues were listed in the app. Do they not use this? Are your service techs blind? Cant read? Dick Masheter techs call off constantly. Takes 2hrs for an oil change even with an appt. So Dick must not be a very nice guy to work for! As long as his cash keeps rolling in he don't care what his employees do to his customers More
