Faster than Expected. I love the service I received from Mike M. at the service Desk in the Repair shop. He is kind and very pleasant to talk too. I was apprehensive about doing this without an appointment. Didn't want to spend a day at the dealership or worse, get asked to leave my vehicle. Went ahead anyway. Mike said that if I brought it in right away, it would be looked at promptly. When I arrived I was written up quickly. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired, plus I had a recall item repaired all within one hour. Have had many dealings with Mike over the years. He has always been a courteous, no nonsense young man.
