Vehicle was serviced and ready in 1 hr and 50 mins. Not a real problem since service area appeared to be quite busy on Monday morning. Appreciate courtesy of the the tech and his professionalism. Excellent Service Department With my engine light on, I was unable to get into another dealer close by my home for two weeks, but calling Dick Huvaere, the Service Department was With my engine light on, I was unable to get into another dealer close by my home for two weeks, but calling Dick Huvaere, the Service Department was able to get me in two days later. I was very warmly received by Kyle Palermino who was very polite and very apologetic that I was having trouble with my car. He had arranged for a car loaner since they were not able to look at the car in the same day. He kept me very informed as to all the steps they were taking to fix my car problem. Kyle has great customer service and I would recommend this Service Department to anyone needing service. Thank you Kyle for a wonderful experience!. More
