Recall Service Heather Brodacki, my service rep did an excellent job from the time of my first call inquiring about the recall for my 2013 Dodge Dart to letting me k Heather Brodacki, my service rep did an excellent job from the time of my first call inquiring about the recall for my 2013 Dodge Dart to letting me know that my parts were in, scheduling the work and letting me know that the work was complete. I had called to the service department 3 times previously and was basically told to keep calling to see if parts were in. The reps I spoke to gave me the impression it was up to me to keep calling and they made no attempt to order the parts for my vehicle as the recall said it should be done. Very frustrating to say the least. Heather did exactly what should have been done 4 calls ago. She was very helpful and professional at every stage of this process. She should be commended and I would recommend she be recognized for her professionalism and showing a really caring for me to be completely satisfied.
