I gave Dick Hannah's Hyundai 3 stars because, while they are not worse than other dealerships, they are not any better than other dealerships. I went in to test drive a vehicle with the intent to secure fi are not worse than other dealerships, they are not any better than other dealerships. I went in to test drive a vehicle with the intent to secure financing elsewhere and come back later. The salesperson, Taylor, instead pressured me in to a higher interest loan through their lender. Although this is to be expected, Taylor either miscalculated or misrepresented the difference in interest between my credit union and their lender. After pressuring me to agree to use their lender, Taylor then pressured me in to agreeing to an extended warranty. He did a great job of upselling it, even promising that it covered the EV battery and all sensors. When I finally had a chance to review the coverage, it specifically does not cover the EV battery and excludes some important sensors like collision avoidance and radar cruise control sensors. After Taylor did their job, Brandon in finance squeezed me for another extended warranty. After completing everything, I had to email Brandon a couple times to get the full extended warranty documents – they were very happy to have me sign the signature page first. It’s also funny that the dealership’s motto is “believe in nice” but they force people to sign a binding arbitration agreement. I’ve never signed one and thought, wow, this company must be nice. If you decide to shop here, or any dealership, I have some advice that I need to follow next time: Be ready to say no. I had more time on my rental, so I should have walked out. Secure your financing before you go in. Lenders give a kickback to the dealership, so you will always get a better value at your own institution. Negotiate the extended warranty. Average markups are 50%. It may be worth it for peace of mind, but know that the warranty company and the dealership are making money because most people do not get the full value of the warranty cost. More

Our salesman Reno was very informative and helpful. He showed us several different models and was able to answer our questions and point out the features for each. He seemed annoyed when we asked questions about paperwork he was "shoving" at us. We have still not been able to have our towing package installed after having the car for several months because they don't have the parts from Hyundai. We did not learn that until after we had purchased the car. More
