Ended up by chance at Dick Hannah Hyundai in Portland after a less than postive experience at another dealer. My wife and I were in the market for a Sonata Limited. Ketorie met us in the parking lot aft after a less than postive experience at another dealer. My wife and I were in the market for a Sonata Limited. Ketorie met us in the parking lot after about a minute. He was very professional and personal. I don't like the hard sell type approach when shopping for cars, and was pleasently suprised that Ketorie was not. He answered our questions & took us out for a test drive. He had a very easy going and out-going personality; he was very easy to work with. We ended up meeting with Ketorie and Mike to negoiatate a price. A sale wasn't made that day, Ketorie respectful and professional. He even called us the next morning to see if there was any questions and/or anything else he could do. Although I wasn't quite ready to buy that evening, the very positive experience that weekend made me come back the following and purchase the car. I would recommend Ketorie to any of our friends.
