Jeremy was super nice, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Test drove the car and was super impressed with the features and the power! I cannot say a negative thing about Dick Hannah Hyumda and their sales person Melanie. They provided the BEST experience I have encountered EVER purchasing a vehicle. At Dick Hannah Hyundai, the service department provides superior customer service and genuinely cares about their customers. I've been ther twice for service and both times have been consistently treated superior customer service and genuinely cares about their customers. My sales representative, Melanie Prechti was very friendly and attentive to my needs. She was patient with my many questions even when they may have seemed to be silly. She responded quickly to my initial query through Zag with the best price of any dealer in the metro area. When I asked about a specific car, she sent me photos of the build sheet, the interior, and the exterior so I could verify it was the one I wanted. She led me through the process with no bs, no unwanted upselling, and with explanations that were friendly and not condescending. This was a refreshing change from my previous purchasing experiences where I've had to keep my wits about me and a hand on my wallet. As my friends and relatives increasingly begin to consider Hyundais, I will send them to Melanie. More
