Ask For Araabi Let me start by saying that I did not end up purchasing a Hyundai from Dick Hanna. That's absolutely no knock on the brand or my salesperson Araabi S Let me start by saying that I did not end up purchasing a Hyundai from Dick Hanna. That's absolutely no knock on the brand or my salesperson Araabi Sharif. I was looking at a 2015 Elantra, which was loaded, and was a very impressive drive. In the end, I had my heart set on another vehicle, so I went in another direction. That said, of the multiple dealerships I visited, Araabi was by far the most pleasant salesperson to deal with. Yes, he asked me to buy the day I looked, but he did it in a professional and courteous manner. To be completely honest, I felt awful having to tell Araabi I had chosen another vehicle. But even after he'd drawn up the paperwork, and was expecting me back to buy, he handled the situation like a consummate professional. Wished me good luck and congratulated me on my new car in fact. He sounded like he was genuinely happy that I ended up with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. No sour grapes, no guilt trip. Had the salesperson I ultimately ending up buying from not matched Araabi's deal, I would've bought from Araabi for sure. If you're looking for a Hyundai, and you want to deal with a friendly and professional salesperson, make sure you ask for Araabi. If the 3 year lease on my new car doesn't pan out, I'd go back to Dick Hanna (and ask for Araabi) in a heartbeat. More
