very frustrated and disapointed It was as if once we signed on the dotted line for the sale of the car that customer service went right out the window. First getting the paperwork al It was as if once we signed on the dotted line for the sale of the car that customer service went right out the window. First getting the paperwork all done and taking possession of the car. Nobody wanted to live up to their responsibility and do everything needed to finish the sale and deliver the car and complete the sale professionally. (1) We should have been told up front that the car was not ready to leave the dealership before we agreed to buy it. (2) I don't need a finance guy to sell me a extended warrantee on a brand new car. If that is the case you can keep it. (3) And then change the price of the extended warrantee from $2800 to $1600 out of the goodness of his heart. What happened to the $1200 that just magically vanished, or a more interesting question is, where was it going? (4) When you tell me you will deliver my car on Tuesday at 5 o'clock and your finance guy says he will make sure it happens, getting an extra driver and all to shuttle the salesman back and all, THEN LIVE UP TO YOUR WORDS. Don't give me lame-assed excuses why you can't do your job. (5) Then to deliver a car with the windows with that greasy glazed look on them was inexcusable. We had to go to Walmart to get glass cleaner and towels and clean the windshield before going home 35 miles, driving into the setting sun. (6) And before he left after dropping off the car we asked about the 90 day permit for the back window and were told that WE DO NOT NEED ONE ANYMORE. Well the Washington State Highway Patrol disagreed and we had to drive 75 miles, one way, to get one from the dealership, on my day off, or get a $150 ticket More

Great Experiance I was able to make a deal online with Melanie and Scott and when I drove 3 hours there I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy.
