Great service during an unfortunate situation Our family purchased both a new 2025 ionic 5 and 2025 Sante fe hybrid. After having the Sante fe for just a few days there seemed to be an issue with the hybr purchased both a new 2025 ionic 5 and 2025 Sante fe hybrid. After having the Sante fe for just a few days there seemed to be an issue with the hybrid System. The service department took the car in right away but was not able to give me a loaner which left me disappointed. I contacted the sales Manager - Artem K. and he not only secured a loaner - a 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid same trim as my car, but he also had it delivered all the way across town to my office in Tigard and offered to cover the gas during the time I would have it. Much appreciated! The Sante fe took about 10-12 days to repair, but we were obviously very disappointed we had paid for a new car and now had a car which just needed a major repair. Over the next several weeks I worked with both Artem Kutuzov and Manager David Montgomery to reach an agreement our family was happy with long term, David was very kind, empathetic to our situation and listened to my frustrations. He approved a new Sante fe hybrid for our family. I know this deal was probably not easy or favorable for their dealership, but everyone was kind and respectful through the process. receiving the new car was fast and seamless, and took place within 24 hours once our agreement was reached. I felt taken care of, and valued as a customer. Sale rep Quinn Roberts met us to pick up the new car, made sure paperwork was ready to go, and that we were satisfied with the new car. He has even called to follow up and make sure everything is still up to our satisfaction. Very friendly and personable. I appreciate his attention to details. My Kona EV has been in the Dick Hannah shop for 6 months waiting for a new battery. Although Ann has been great in the service department keeping me informed that there is no solution in sight, the dealersh waiting for a new battery. Although Ann has been great in the service department keeping me informed that there is no solution in sight, the dealership has not given me an electric car as a loaner, nor am I in a hybrid vehicle. Hyundai should at least be paying for my gas. I am making car payments on a car that has been sitting outside in the dealership lot for 6 months, and there is no sign of an endpoint. I realize the battery issues is a Hyundai corporate issue, not this dealership, however I leased then bought this car from dick hannah and they are not making this untenable situation right. More
