Cliff was great to work with...best babysitter we've had since we were about 9!!! He went up to Seattle to get our car on his day off as well as cleaned and detailed it himself when he got back. I purchased a 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagen from Dick Hannah VW last week and I have to say that I don't think I've ever had a better car buying experience. They were easy to work with from the beginning--fast VW last week and I have to say that I don't think I've ever had a better car buying experience. They were easy to work with from the beginning--fast to respond, great prices, easy financing and the best selection in the state. No compromising--just a fair deal for both parties. None of that back and forth bargaining and non-sense. We exchanged two emails and one phone call and that was all it took to get a deal we were both satisfied with. Everyone there was really great: professional, knowledgable, and they also have a loyalty program perk going on to get you a set of tires if you service your new car at one of their dealers which is a pretty serious savings. When it comes time to replace my wife's car we will definately be talking to Dick Hannah first. Jon Guyton More
