I have taken my Jetta to the Dick Hannah Volkswagen service center since I purchased it new (from Dick Hannah) in 2005. I have always been incredibly pleased with their friendly and attentive staff. Courtesy shuttles are available to drop you off and/or pick you up, and they also offered me a free loaner vehicle the one time that my Jetta needed to be kept overnight. We have always been impressed with their great service and attitude towards the customers. Since our first Dick Hannah purchase of a Subaru, we have also purchased a Honda and a Volkswagen from this deal and attitude towards the customers. In all three cases (with three different drivers) we have never had a bad experience at Dick Hannah. They provide great explainations with each service and never have missed on a commitment. More

Only negative is that every visit includes recommendations by service representative of supposedly needed additional work to be done on the vehicle, always with an additional high three-digit price tag. Have been warned by an acquaintance who works in the auto service business to always get an outside evaluation of the diagnosis before having the 'high end' recommended work done. Twice before such "second opinion" questioned necessity of work Hannah recommended. I understand throughout the auto service industry, 'recommending additional service' is SOP so it puts me a bit on edge when bringing the car in and to know for sure when and when not to take such recommendations seriously. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with Hannah's service. More
This was my first scheduled service for My 2009 Jetta TDI. Everthing was handled in a reasonable ammount of time and scheduleing a time I could meet was easy. I doubt that I would consider getting post TDI. Everthing was handled in a reasonable ammount of time and scheduleing a time I could meet was easy. I doubt that I would consider getting post warrantee service at the dealership at he quited price. (approximatly $156 for synthetic oil change/ water filter drain and general saftey check...) I cant see that going over about half that ammount. More

I have enjoyed the service I have received on my vehicle. The service is not done quickly, but there is a comfortable waiting area with internet, where I can occupy myself. I went to trade in a toyota and they got me out of it with no worry. got me the number i wanted and everything. now, i have had the car in 3 times. its a 09 vw cc sport. it just up and dies. no reason wh with no worry. got me the number i wanted and everything. now, i have had the car in 3 times. its a 09 vw cc sport. it just up and dies. no reason what so ever, they tell me there is no problem with it the first time they give it back to me. i take it home and drave it to work and on the way home the thing dies and almost kils me. steering goes out and the car dies and i almost drive off of a 30 foot cliff. i work up in the mountain. so i take it back they keep it for 5 more days. theres nothing wrong with this sir. i tell them there crazy and if it does it again and i am involved in a wreck im gonna sue them all. next thing you know a vw corprate guy calls me and offers me a 150 dollar check to compensate me and says there gonna get my vehicle fixed. so i except and hope everything will be fixed. get the car back and the next day im a block away from my house and the car dies out in the middle of the intersection and wont start up again. take it to them 2 days ago ad they say there gonn atry to get a vw tech to come from seatle to look at it. so now my next step is on monday im gonna call dick hannah and speak to jennifer hannah. vice president. i told the service manageer abby. i just need a reliable vehicle and she gives me her song and dance and say there gonna compensate me. so im gonna call jeniffer and ask her to see if its possible that they buy back my vw cc and walk me across the street to jeep and sell me a dependable jeep or else im gonna hire a lawyer. so we will see how it goes. the sales manager abdul is a complete jerk. when i bought the car i rolled over some negetive equity into a lease and it all works out. he tells me that i need to make sure not to ask for them to buy the vehicle back because i rolled negetive equity into my lease. they guy makes it seems like i want out of my car and to just go away. i told him that i want a dependaple vehicle no a piece of crap vw. so hopefully monday, 6/1/09 i will speak with jeniffer hannah and she can help me get out of this vw and into a jeep across the street. be cause i will refurse to deal with dick hannah vw. they are a garbage dealership and they need to go through and really look at there staff they have there and find some new employees. It was the DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THESE PEOPLE! I spoke to one of the sales reps on the phone last week and had him give me their price on a new VW. It was the most competitive price I've found yet and I made the guy promise twice that that would be the price I got if I drove up there and bought that exact car. Wrong. I got there and of course they couldn't give me that price. These guys are crooks and they'll do anything to get you in the door to sell you a car at a higher price. I urge you not to support businesses like this. More
