I am an ex-technician myself, and as such, this was the first time our Passat has been in a dealership since we bought it 5 years ago. They even offered to wash it for me when everything was said and done. Given how dirty it was, that feature alone was worth the trip in and of itself. :) More

I bought a 2006 model and they have treated me as if I bought a brand new vehicle. The "customer for life" is very assuring that I will be taken care of, no matter what my problem is. Firebdky staff but the seemed a little busy to get to me even though I was one of only 2 customers in the service dept. car was returned early but I had to remind the do complete the job.
