Excellent customer service. I was having trouble with my transmission on my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta. I took a drive with the technician and he noted the problem immediately. The following Monday I brought my vehicle in to have my transmission worked on, in the meantime I was offered a loaner car to use until my car was ready to pick up. I called my Service friend Josh at 8:30PM on a sunday in panic mode about the engine light on and my car skipping. He assured me he knew what it was and it was most likely covered under a recall. We had been servicing our 2008 Touareg V-10 TDI at Herzog in Beaverton and decided to try Hannah VW - WOW what a difference. The service people understood the uniqueness of my vehicle and were up front abou in Beaverton and decided to try Hannah VW - WOW what a difference. I came to Dick Hannah VW after having a terrible experience at Armstrong VW. Abby helped from the first moment by listening and offering immediately to do whatever she could to repair my car.
