The service dept is very friendly. My car was leaking oil badly on the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. I called about 10:00am and they were able to get me in for a 12:45 appointment. I stopped in to see if there was an opening for an oil change on my 2001 Jetta TDI. I am so pleased with the service that I have received from Dick Hannah. My check engine light had come on while on my way to work. He greeted me with a smile and made me feel like he really cared about my concerns with my car. He was very professional and knowledgable while dealing with all of my questions. I left my car there with him feeling very confident.Very soon after leaving , Josh called me with the outcome of the problem. I picked my car up a few hours later in good as new condition. I really feel that Josh should be commended. I appreciated the personal attention and concern that he showed in my situation. I will definetely bring my car back to him when the need arises. I took my car in for it's 10,000 mile maintenance. I was in and out very quickly and there was a detailed list of what was done.
