There was still negotiating and what felt like the same old game playing that goes on when it came time to sign paperwork. In the end, we got a fair deal and were pleased. I got in touch with Greg because I was looking for a new VW Beetle. Either that or a Kia Soul. Unfortunately for him, I went with the Soul, but what impressed me the most about Greg was the fact that he s VW Beetle. Either that or a Kia Soul. Unfortunately for him, I went with the Soul, but what impressed me the most about Greg was the fact that he stayed with me the ENTIRE time I was there. I hate buying cars and he knew it. I made that very clear to him from the get-go. I compared car shopping to taking a bullet to the head. That's how much I hate buying cars. I was experiencing major anxiety about taking on a payment (I hadn't had a car payment in 6 years) and should I/shouldn't I. The list goes on & on. He never left. He sat and talked and hung around while I whined and freaked out. My hat is off to him! What a trooper! He totally could have left. He's a VW man and I went with a Kia. But he didn't and that was very very impressive to me. He wasn't high pressure, he was just way cool. I would recommend him to anyone I know who's in the market for a VW! Just don't do what I did and go with a Kia, LOL! That's not really fair to him! If you want a Kia they were right next door and also very good, and I LOVE my new Soul!
