I was having the hardest time with letting my beloved 2007 Passat go. She was a family member (my kid learned to drive in her, and she carried us to safety when our house burned down in the Almeda Fire, 2007 Passat go. After some harrowing experiences with a local repair shop I decided it was time. I called Dick Hannah at the recommendation of a dear friend and got the best support and service imaginable. Koren, Grant, and Zane treated me like a friend, spoke honestly, worked hard to find me the right car (a vehicle I can feel sure of), and worked out terms I can handle. All told they made the otherwise stressful experience of car buying into something easeful. I recommend Dick Hannah, especially if you are stressed out by car buying. Ask for Koren (and Grant) in sales, and Zane in finance. What a terrific team. Thank you. 😊 P.s. We named her Tilda. More

told them I was out of state and they said they will not hold the car for me. after asking if rust they said someone from Idaho was on their way. I bought next day plane ticket, got cashiers check, and the hold the car for me. after asking if rust they said someone from Idaho was on their way. I bought next day plane ticket, got cashiers check, and then they made me sign papers they said is required to buy the car. I explained I am paying cash. They would not sell the car to me with my valid out of state drivers license and copy of passport. the car was leaking oil, scratched, and had signs of moss. They added $1700 on top of advertised price for paint protection which they claimed is clear coat and later said its like a car wash not clear coat. They also add theft registration on all their vehicles in addition to rhe paint protection. They are liars. Class action lawsuit to all victims More
