There was no pressure, and every interaction I had with him and his colleagues was pleasant and professional. I felt less like I was being sold a car, and more like we were working together to find the right vehicle for me. I left the lights of my new '08 GTI on overnight and came out to a dead battery the same morning it was slated to go into the service center. I gave Javan a call and he showed up at my door with jumper cables! This guy is awesome, definitely would recommend.
