In the end, I walked away with similar monthly payments, a far better car, full tank of gas, and total confidence in my purchase. I left feeling like he worked hard to get me in the best possible position and deal. Above all that, he seemed to know what car would suit me and was dead on. I love my new VW. I highly recommend working with Javan. I'm so glad I did! Also, special shout out to Mary and Carl who were wonderful as well. More

He believed me when I said that I was unwilling to negotiate on my terms and not only were they met, but they were met with an even more desirable vehicle than I was originally looking for. The vehicle had to be delivered (taking a little over a day) and the entire time I felt more like I was spending time with a friend, than with someone I was doing business with. Much improved in the last couple of years I wanted to upgrade my 2013 GTI (also bought at Dick Hannah VW) to something newer and a little nicer and I must say in the last 2 and half years or s I wanted to upgrade my 2013 GTI (also bought at Dick Hannah VW) to something newer and a little nicer and I must say in the last 2 and half years or so, they've improved quite a bit. My first experience was by no means the worst I've had at a dealership, but along with the quality of the GTI they have improved a lot. Excellent! I leased my second VW last year. i had the first one for over 200,000 miles. I thought i was looking to do a car swap. I leased the car in 2014 from B I leased my second VW last year. i had the first one for over 200,000 miles. I thought i was looking to do a car swap. I leased the car in 2014 from Barbie, who was just wonderful to work with. I now drive massive miles for work and run my car hard, and I was concerned about the lease on the back end. But Greg and the finance team helped me out. I was able to turn my lease into a purchase (because i do love my car) AND get into an extended warranty for the same payments. Plus I have a plan that covers all the normal expected service issues for an extended time. We are a VW family and remain happy with service and product. Terri More

2nd (but not last) purchase from them! I just bought my 2nd VW from this location, I upgraded my Jetta to a Passat and I had the best experience with Javan Alibabaie.
