We bought both our vehicles from Larry Llorente I would recommend him to everyone not only is he extremely knowledgable about all the different vehicles but he will continue to follow up with you after your purchase to make sure all of your questions are answered, and be there for you if you want need help figuring out those awesome new features your vehicle has like "car net" or the apple car play feature on your touch screen console. I have shopped at other dealerships in the area like Ron Tonkin and the customer service I received at other dealerships just doesn't come close to great service received at Dick Hannah and continue to receive. I have only worked with Larry Llorente there so I would recommend looking for him when you shop at Dick Hannah if you want top notch service. More

Grep went out of his way to answer every and all questions I had and including trading value of my car and making sure my bicycle would fit in the vehicle. I negotiated the final price of the car via email. And I also compared the final price with other local dealership. They gave me the best price comparable to other local dealer. I bought the vehicle. Greg also went out of his way to do the following for me: 1.) Have them installed the cross bar 2.) Register the VW car-Net 3.) Arranged and made the vehicle delivery happened. - basically he delivered the vehicle. 4.) He continues to exchange email with me to make sure I am happy with the purchase.
