I have had one brand new car in my life. In 2010 1 bought my first new car and I was rear ended on the freeway in construction. 15 yrs 122000 miles and totaled. $8000 was all I got. He knew I have money to put down and told me how great an ID4 was. No gas no oil changes again. Charge it over night and go. What mode do you like he says I said sport oh it has that. I ask if there is a good tax refund on electric cars. Oh absolutely! And we are giving you a manufacturer rebate of $4000 off the top and 2.99 interest. I fell hook line and sinker. . I get it 32% battery. Run over to target and plug it in 20 min you will get home. So l get there and did not know you had to pay, I have never been in or seen an electric car close up. Well so I pay for the 20 min I have 32%. I get home and plug it in. I figured it would be 100%. 12 hours later. 38% I called them and said," I'm not sure if it's the car or plug but it only charged 6% In 12 hours. He said we'll come in and get the other charger. So I do. I go to battle ground and sit for over an hour fast charging to 80%. Went to one place in bg then home to Woodland. I have 48% left after $36 worth of charge. My gas car can go further on $36 and have a full tank. I call and tell him nope I am bringing it back tomorrow. I signed a 200 mile or 5 day exchange. No problem. I get there and Nate and Isaac want me to keep the ID4 and claim I had it in sport mode so it sucks the energy, which was never explained to me when i said I like sport mode. So l find a Taos to trade and he says great I'll run the numbers call your husband and he can come bring the id4 and test drive the Taos. So about 10-15 min later Isaac comes out with Nate. We have here an unfortunate situation and we can't exchange the id4. It is federal thing and you just can't go against the federal government. I said I have a 5 day 200 mile warranty. Well I already turned in the rebate. I said ok that's a manufacturer rebate? No it's an irs tax rebate. Well no one told me that. You should not have turned it in before the 5 day 200 mile so that's on you and you never said it was a tax rebate. I would think when I asked about a tax refund on electric vehicles he would have informed me of that. I would have not done it that way I would have elected to get my tax refund in 2026. So my husband and I were not happy and then he let us sit there for over 4 hours waiting on corporate to see if we can exchange the vehicle. Finally went in and no one knows anything yet. I said here are the keys I will not drive it off the lot. I have 10 miles to go before my 200 is up and I live over 23 miles away. I will not let you void this exchange because I went over the miles after you told me to go ahead and bring it in. So I went back the next day after getting a message that they will do the exchange. I just cannot trust another vehicle or sale warranty from them. I had zero trust left in Dick Hannah VW. So when I got there I see Dick Hannah Kia and walked over and spoke to a sales man and he went to get a finance person and he heard me out and said this is a very unique situation but I will try my best to get you what you want and not let you go back there. Needless to say my $8000 down went to Vw dick Hannah, as I had to trade it in because my only other option was to get another preowned from them and end up with something not working. I traded it in to Dick Hannah Kia and I love my new Kia soul., but VW screwed me out of a lot of money. Beware of their scam at VW Dick hannah. If this has happened to anyone else please post and get ahold of me. And just go to Dick Hannah Kia they will get it right the first time, they are amazing. KIA gets a five star review from me. More

We have dealt with Nick at Dick Hannah Volkswagon through 2 previous cars. We were looking to update our 22 ID.4 with a 25 ID.4. I am picky about colors and was disappointed in the color choices but Nick cam 2 previous cars. We were looking to update our 22 ID.4 with a 25 ID.4. He was knowledgeable about features on the car and and from start to finish made the buying process go smoothly. His manager, Mike did his best to find us the best monthly payment that worked for us.
