Also wanted to mention Jacob Treacy who handled the financial paperwork. He was fast, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We had to return to sign again as their was a problem with my legal name and the name I go by. In that instance Colin was so kind and helpful preparing the paperwork for Jacob before he got there. We will definitely recommend Dick Hannah Volkswagen to anyone we know looking for a new or used vehicle.
