Nicholas was absolutely amazing. He came in on his day off to show me the car I wanted to see and I'm so glad he did. I had both of my kids with me and assumed I would need to return He came in on his day off to show me the car I wanted to see and I'm so glad he did. I had both of my kids with me and assumed I would need to return later to finish the transaction as my 5 year old can only handle so much down time. He was so great with both my boys and made the entire process as smooth as possible. While we were waiting for the car to be detailed he showed us pictures of his dogs and asked my kids about their video games. It was a great experience! Zane was also very efficient with the paperwork portion. We were in and out of his office in a matter of minutes, which I greatly appreciated! Thank you both so much. More
