This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. More

I called on a Monday spoke with Joey burns. I ended up chewing him out because I had a bad day. Called next day to apologize and he still gave the discount I wanted. Do NOT take your vehicle here for service work! Would give them a zero if I could! Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they foun Would give them a zero if I could! Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they found $4k worth of damage Hannah Kia service department either missed completely or screwed up. This was authorized because Dick Hannah employees completely stopped returning my phone calls. Car is AWD, they put a wrong sized tire on it. Tried to get me to buy new front brakes, car doesn't need them. Installed the wrong headlight and forgot to replace the computer part. But the worst part was that they completely missed the broken wheel bearing they let me drive off with; Hannah told me it was "a broken pin" in my front brake. This has been going on since mid of April 2018, and not once have they apologized to me for messing up. After Kuni fixed my car, I was forced to take it back to Hannah to have the front bumper re-installed because the Kuni technician was unable to hang it correctly due to damage caused by Hannah from hanging the bumper so poorly. Hannah "Jimmy rigged" the bumper, so it continues to not be aligned, and, had the audacity to return my clean car to me dirty (inside and out). Worst customer service experience ever! This was an insurance claim due to the car being stolen and damaged. Avoid Tim in the collision center and Devon at the Kia Service Department as it was just lie after lie in combination with COMPLETE negligence, especially avoid if you're a female! Honestly, I felt as though no one at Hannah took my concerns seriously, and because I refused to give up, I felt like the "nagging wife" calling repeatedly to beg (nag) them to JUST DO THEIR JOB! It was RIDICULOUS! More

He said we should call the insurance about the window and they could add on the detailing cost at that time, guess I just expected too much out of them... More
