I would like to commend Travis on being an excellent salesman. This was not your typical car buying experience which is usually drawn out and stressful to say the least. He paid attention to detail on his end of the paperwork and was friendly and professional without being pushy or making me feel rushed. He was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in answering my 100+ questions without fail, if he didn't know the answer he would promptly find the answer for me. Travis sold me the car that I came in to look at without trying to sell me something else that he would have gotten a "spiff" for and it was sold to me at the price advertised. I felt very good about the deal we negotiated when I drove away in my new car. I also feel confident that the customer service will not stop there as I have already been back and dealt with the finance manager and sales managers as well as the service department (due to no fault of my AWESOME new 2012 GTI Autobahn!!) and everyone at this dealership has been professional, helpful and friendly. Most of them know your name when you walk in the door and stop to help you right away. I have purchased 4 new cars from 2 different dealerships in the last 3 years and I would most certainly recommend people to go and talk to Travis if they were interested in a car at Dick Hannah Volkswagen/Hyundai of Portland.
