Tyson was very friendly and down to earth. He wasn't pushy and offered helpful info. He stayed late into the night to get my transaction all taken care of. I specified the service I wanted and it was provided in a timley, professional manner and a very reasonable price. I'll definitely return for service on my VW. One evening the CHECK ENGINE Light came on as I arrived home. The following morning, I called for an appointment and to ask about what I could to could not do. The service coordinator told me as long as t home. The following morning, I called for an appointment and to ask about what I could to could not do. The service coordinator told me as long as the light was not blinking, I could drive a limited amount and also scheduled service and shuttle for the day following [as requested]. Service was completed in one day and was major change up in emissions control. I was very fortunate to get this fixed - one of the few problems that I have had in the 12 years owning my Beetle. Pick up service was prompt and the car cleaned inside and out. More
I set up a test drive, after researching various cars online. The test drive the next day was smooth and wonderful. Kind of hard to select a vehicle brand serviced when they actually wouldn't service your car... Dick Hannah will sell you the moon in order to get you into one of their vehicles. I bought a car from them and was talked into the extended full service warranty. Told over and over again how they strive to make customers happy. Well that changes as soon as you leave the lot. My car less than 2,000 miles of light driving (less than 5 miles a day) into ownership has had several issues. I take my car in this morning and we go on a test drive then they decide that they won't even look at it, and try to pawn me off on one of their other dealerships in another state. Not only will they not even take my car over there themselves. I was fine driving it over there myself but would need a loaner or ride home. Both of which were refused. The level of service promised, quality of car, and customer service provided are all sorely lacking. It is one thing to provide terrible customer service once the sale has been made and the car as left the lot, but quite another to sell vehicles based on a commitment to customersive and upsell additional products and services and them provide terrible customer service. I've definitely learned my lesson and will not be a repeat customer. I caution anyone seriously considering buying a car from here. The sales pitch and reality are polar opposites. More
