I want to express what a wonderful experience I had buying my car from Dick Hannah. When I came in on Saturday I had my eye on a car but I was not fully invested in walking away with it. We were greeted by Will who very kindly allowed us to drive the golf over the Vancouver location so that we could check out their inventory which really helped to provide not only a comparison but also some time in the golf to really feel how it performed. After I decided I was interested in the car came the part I really dreaded. There are so many horror stories of buying cars at dealerships and really being taken advantage of and I didn't want to spend a lot of time navigating this. I had a limited amount of time and if the deal was going to work I needed someone who was direct, honest and capable of moving things through quickly. This is where Harry Raziaghy came in. I wanted to specifically spend time writing this review because of the quality of experience I had with him. I feel like he truly is a genuine, kind, respectful, effective and connected guy. Within 2 minutes he found a way to connect to me that made me trust him. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay each month for the car and he worked really hard to make this happen. I felt really listened to and respected. His personality was very fun, engaging, warm and made me feel like he really cared about taking care of me in a manner of integrity. Since I have bought the car he continues to exude these qualities. I also want to add that Brandon was really helpful and went above and beyond to secure me the deal that was promised to me when I bought the car. I am so grateful for this quality of integrity. Finally, I have also had a great experience so far with Jeremy in service. The car has a pronounced rattle and he had been really helpful in easing my worries about having it fixed and getting me set up for an appointment to bring the car in while I am on vacation.
