I had a potential coolant leak and they had it scheduled for the whole day. We agreed upon a price (well below invoice for a 2013 Passat TDI SE) experience with Hollie Nimmo at Dick Hannah VW of Portland was by far the best. Hollie even delivered the car to my doorstep because I was out of town and I didn't want to bother my wife with the transaction.
