Tara McCoy stayed late to make our sale happen. We went down with the intentions on buying a Sportwagen and ended up buying a Passat. I had to have my car towed in due to not starting. It was also due for 50k service. It was worked into the schedule and staff kept me informed of progress and diagnosis. I was greeted right away upon pulling into the bay. Joe stated that he would be right with me. Looked up my car and reviewed the service I was scheduled for. Was a 2 hour expected wait. After a short time Joe returned and took me to his desk to review the service results. He directed me to my car which was waiting for me close by. Excellent customer service. The moment I pulled into the driveway it was a pleasant experience. The guys in the service department saw me coming and opened the garage door, waved me in and welcomed me in a friendly manner. I was told it would take 2 hours, I was on my way home in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Joe was very pleasant and helpful and when I asked for a referral to a company to look at a couple of minor scratches, everyone scrambled to find me a business card for Same-day Auto Scratch & Dent Repair.
