Tara McCoy stayed late to make our sale happen. We went down with the intentions on buying a Sportwagen and ended up buying a Passat. I had to have my car towed in due to not starting. It was also due for 50k service. It was worked into the schedule and staff kept me informed of progress and diagnosis. I was greeted right away upon pulling into the bay. Joe stated that he would be right with me. Looked up my car and reviewed the service I was scheduled for. Was a 2 hour expected wait. Joe visited me after some time to give me an update on the progress. He went over a brief review of what was currently being done to my car and promised he would be back to get me when complete. After a short time Joe returned and took me to his desk to review the service results. He directed me to my car which was waiting for me close by. Excellent customer service.
