Great Experience We just purchased a BEAUTIFUL HYUNDAI SANTA FE from Dick Hannah's Dealership! We have not bought a new car in over 10 years and had our minds set on We just purchased a BEAUTIFUL HYUNDAI SANTA FE from Dick Hannah's Dealership! We have not bought a new car in over 10 years and had our minds set on a 2013 Santa Fe. We stopped by to see if they had any 2013's and they did not. They wanted to sell us a 2014 and we thought, well here we go with the high pressure sale! BUT NO....it couldn't have gone any better if we had programmed it! We had our price range, as we had looked at few 2013's already, so we knew how much we could spend and were pretty firm. Our salesman was DOUG CLARK and he could not have been more professional and respectful of our limit. He worked with his manager, Ryan, and after a couple of suggestions and working with even a VA discount, he put us exactly where we wanted in price with a BRAND NEW CAR!!! We could not believe it! I, myself, was in shock for hours as I never thought we could have afforded a new car, and to top it off, it was on the showroom floor! It was such a happy, positive experience and I will be forever grateful to Doug Clark for his tenacity and diligence to make this whole event happen! I would highly recommend this Company. In fact, what was interesting is we had been at a few other dealers and there was never any one there, and yet, when we were at Dick Hannah's, they were dealing with three other couples....so bottom line, other people have found their service excellent too!!! Excellent Service and Sales! I recently got a new VW SportWagon TDI. I came and looked at a few cars, and Doug Clark came right out and helped me out. He ended up helping me p I recently got a new VW SportWagon TDI. I came and looked at a few cars, and Doug Clark came right out and helped me out. He ended up helping me pick the wagon, which is great for my son and I but meets my long distance commute needs for mpg. He got me in and out of there, with a brand new car, in just a few hours, and his excitement for these cars was apparent. It was one of the first times I felt like I could really be happy about a new car and that I was making a great choice! He even helped me connect my iPhone to the car. I just couldn't be happier.
