The salesman, Doug Clark, was very helpful and informative even though the e-Golf is very new and is a very different kind of car than any of VW's others. It was clear that Doug had gone through some crash learning to be able to be so helpful about the e-Golf. When he didn't know an answer (and he did know most of them), he was very quick to admit it and to go find out. I loved the car and ended up leasing one the next day. Part of that was my strong comfort with the treatment I got from everyone at Dick Hannah. More

Shopped around, none better! I had owned my previous car for 10+ years. It had been ages since I had even considered looking for a new car. I had a plan to have an unpleasant time with haggling for price and pushy sales-people. While not universal, this was a common experience with other dealers. I then arrived at Dick Hannah and met Hollie. She quoted a price that was on point and the whole experience was a breeze! I couldn't have met a more pleasant staff and will be recommending them to anyone in the market. More

I brought it to Dick Hannah VW in Portland and the service guys were very helpful and suggested that I look into trading my car in due to the amount of the repairs needed. I was introduced to Hollie who was such a doll! I ended up leaving that day in a brand new Jetta thanks to Hollie's guidance and her fabulous managers. I've been able to see Portland with a sense of security in my brand new car. I highly recommend Dick Hannah and especially Hollie if you're looking for a fun and easy car buying experience. Low pressure experience! I had a good experience working with Tara. It was a stressful situation for me mostly because I was trading in a really great car that was hard to par I had a good experience working with Tara. It was a stressful situation for me mostly because I was trading in a really great car that was hard to part with but just wasn't practical for me. Tara & her manager did a good job of not making me feel too pressured. At no point did I feel like just a cartoon-style piece of meat with dollar signs painted on. I know they are there to run a business and make money, but in the end I felt like they worked with my situation, met me halfway and I got a fair deal. Overall I would say the best part of the whole thing was a lack of smarminess and shiftiness one expects walking into a car dealership. I can't vouch for every single person that works at DH, but the people I met were good to deal with. Even the finance guy's persistent extended warranty pitch wasn't excessively obnoxious. So, many thanks for that Tara & Co! More
