I was however, already the proud owner of a 2014 Jetta with 7000 miles on it. I didn't really need a new car, but I just wanted to see what Doug could do. I informed him that I am kind of spoiled, and no matter what happened, my husband could not have a black Jetta. That would be my next color, whether that day or next year. He thought that was funny and I appreciated it. He made sure that my husband got a great color, but not black. In the end, he could have had black, because Doug set me up with a beautiful 2015 Wolfsburg Passat, which is a gorgeous red color. Doug rocked our day! He is great to work with, and I would highly recommend him! He is most definitely, the best consultant I have ever worked with! I had anticipated taking the MAX downtown to get to work, but the service was completed so quickly that I chose to wait in a very comfortable waiting room. The only negative was that your service time is your service time. I arrived early and it made no difference because I had to wait until almost my appointment time for my consultation with the assigned service adviser. More

Upon veiwing a few we were recommended an option to check out another vehicle they allowed us to take it for a drive and to be completed honest all set aside yes we were sold on the car but the service and help we recieved was out of this world the sales rep was an amazing guy to work with very down to earth didn't give any sales crap was straight to the point knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us get there ... And some he showed us a car based on all the factors my fiancé and I wanted and found the best car. After receiving services on my VW R32 ! Back in March, I received services for my VW R32 from this dealership and received the vehicle back, everything seemed to be ok. Originally the vehic Back in March, I received services for my VW R32 from this dealership and received the vehicle back, everything seemed to be ok. Originally the vehicle went into the dealership for a leak in the moon roof; the dealership fixed it, did an upholstery cleaning, and then said it should have an oil change and a servicing, which they ended up replacing the serpentine belt. Shortly after, my vehicle had issues with the serpentine belt and pulleys. The serpentine belt was something that was supposed to be one of the thing the dealership replaced. The vehicle was only driven 62 miles before it had problems. I was no longer in Portland, OR, so my father took my car into the dealership for me. They were originally going to charge me for the additional services to replace what was supposed to already be replaced. However, after speaking with Mike Laiti, who is one of service writers. I explained everything to him and he explained how it could have happen, I felt very comfortable, and the whole time we seemed to be on the same page. He was able to speak with upper management for me, where they decided to fix everything for no cost to me, for customer satisfaction. I would have not gone back to that dealership if it wasn't for Mike Laiti, working extremely hard to fix the issues and getting the dealership that it was no fault to me or anyone other than whomever perform the work on the vehicle. I will continue to go to the dealership only because of him and the fact that they didn't charge me for something that, shouldn't have happen! He deserves a raise or a promotion...!!! More
