Robert, thank you for sharing this. We welcome all feedback from our clients - good and bad. It is important to us to know how our teams are doing, and in which ways we can improve. Your review stood out because upon reviewing our records, we found some inconsistencies regarding the issues you've mentioned here. It appears that your initial inquiry was to be connected with the upper management ("umbrella managers", as you described). In order to address any issues promptly, you were offered to be connected directly with the General Sales Manager of our location. Your response indicated hesitation on your part and your preference to speak to someone at the corporate level, since the prior issues were unrelated to our location. You were provided the contact information that you requested. It is confusing that you wanted a follow through from the leadership of the VW/Hyundai store, as seemingly you were not so interested in that. We understand that this review is to encompass whatever situations you ran into with the other Dick Hannah stores in the past. Moreover, we do appreciate that you gave us an opportunity to do business with you, and to work towards a resolution. We see that you stated that you were interested in a car in your initial inquiry. However, it is only fair to note that you did not specify which one, so we had very limited information to go off. The vehicle that you referenced in one of your emails belonged to the Beaverton Hyundai facility, which we have no relation to. If we do have a vehicle in our inventory that you are interested in, please contact Artem, the General Sales Manager, by either calling (503)734-1405 (direct desk) or by email at akutuzov@dickhannah.com. We are certain that we can make this right by you at the store level, as long as we establish a clear communication.
