As a Customer for Life I was under the impression that car washes are included when getting a service - I have been twice and neither time did I get a car wash! Between the low rating(1.9 at the time), higher prices, poor selection, and sales staff that appeared to be unavailable or not interested in selling a car, we drove 3 hours to Kelso WA.( Dick Hannah Toyota). We received a a fair trade in and a great price on our new Toyota. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. I called for an oil change appointment about 1 pm and was scheduled for 3:15 the same day. Brought my car in and service was complete a little after 4. Pretty good. I first stopped by Dick Hannah Toyota Scion months prior to my purchase just to look at the Scion's and I clearly stated that I was not thinking about purchasing anytime soon but wanted to look at the Scion to my purchase just to look at the Scion's and I clearly stated that I was not thinking about purchasing anytime soon but wanted to look at the Scion XB's especially the interior. Nick still spent the time to show around the lot and let me look at all the vehicles for as long as I needed. Nick answered all my questions and inquiries and if he didn't have the answer on the spot, he took the time to research and provide an answer. There was no pressure and the customer service was excellent. When I called the dealership five months later, Nick remembered who I was. As I made the purchase from Canada, Nick and Dan were both incredibly helpful with all the paperwork which went beyond a normal purchase as I'm from out of country. They both spent hours on the phone and by email providing the necessary information and documentation for me to purchase the vehicle from Canada. They provided transportation from the train station to the dealership when I arrived to pickup my new vehicle. After I brought the vehicle back to Canada, they followed up to see how the drive home went and also assisted with additional information needed for registering the vehicle in BC. The vehicle sale was very easy and I would recommend Dick Hannah and both Nick and Dan to work with, especially if from Canada. More
