Purchased a certified used car in August of 2010. Got the car in Sept. 2010. Multiple problems with the car during first 3 months, had them resolved under certified Toyota warranty. But had to take the car b car in Sept. 2010. Multiple problems with the car during first 3 months, had them resolved under certified Toyota warranty. But had to take the car back multiple times to get fixed what they broke while they were fixing the car or to fix what they forgot to fix. After 1 year found out the car had been in an accident and the whole front bumper was replaced. I paid a lot for a car that was in an accident and the dealer feels they have done enough. If you choose to use this dealer, I highly recommend having the car inspected not only by a mechanic, but by a good body shop prior to purchasing the car, certified or not. Or you may be purchasing a car that is different than what you expect. More

Glen contacted me by email initially. Once he determined what I was interested in purchasing, he told me the price. He then found the vehicle for me. I had never agreed to a price with a dealer before arr what I was interested in purchasing, he told me the price. He then found the vehicle for me. Glen assured me there would be no back and forth when we arrived. Sure enough, my car was waiting for me and there was NO discussion about price.
