This was my best experience buying a car. Mike Krewi was fantastic! He was friendly and patient and knowledgable and I didn't feel pushed or stressed. Salesperson Rae was cheerful, informative, and patient. She made the buying experience easy. Only complaint was lack of inventory. I wanted to see a car in another color and it wasn't available. Also gave me a loaner car while I waited for delivery of my car which was important because my previous car had been totaled and it meant I didn't have to go through the holidays without a vehicle. There was also a slight miscommunication and to check bounced because it was deposited in error before I took delivery of my car. More

Sales person was good not great. He took me on multiple test rides with 3 different cars and was very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and was also very frie He took me on multiple test rides with 3 different cars and was very patient. He only did a couple "sales tricks" like stepping away to "make a call" a few times and made me waiting at the table for 15-20 minutes. Mildly annoying but not out of the norm. My biggest regret about this sale is the final price and interest rate. I negotiated a 6.99% @ 84 months. 2 weeks after the sale i see the first bank statement which was 6.74%. The dealer could have gone down another $800ish dollars on the final out the door price. Prices are insanely inflated right now. Out the door with taxes i paid $52500 for a SUBARU OUTBACK. Do not buy a car right now unless you absolutely need a car. The only reason i bought this car at this ridiculous price is because i was rear ended and my vehicle was totaled. I would probably never buy from Dick Hannah again. "nice" doesn't matter when you go behind someones back to negotiate a better rate with the lender. More
