My Subaru experience On April 20th we visited Dick Hannah Subaru to look at the 2017 Forester. We were finally going to replace my 20 year old 4-Runner. I had only a coup On April 20th we visited Dick Hannah Subaru to look at the 2017 Forester. We were finally going to replace my 20 year old 4-Runner. I had only a couple of "wants" and wasn't sure about anything else upon arrival. When we pulled up we were met by a lovely man, Saad Chahin. He turned out to be the best salesman we could hope for. He was patient and understanding, didn't press me as I yea'd and nay'd the different combination of features. Finally after 7 hours, and lunch thrown in, the car of my dreams was found in a shipment just delivered. My husband was most supportive with all of my decisions, and happily sat in the passenger seat and enjoyed the drive home in our new Jasmine Green Forester. I would like to thank the guys at Dick Hannah Subaru who helped us, Ammar, Kenny, and most of all, Saad. You made what can be a stressful day most enjoyable. More

Terrible experience I wasn't going to bother posting a review about my experience with Dick Hannah, but I'm still in shock at how rude and unprofessional Kenny Nguyen and I wasn't going to bother posting a review about my experience with Dick Hannah, but I'm still in shock at how rude and unprofessional Kenny Nguyen and Curtis Etchandy were. I can understand how wanting to return a car would be frustrating but the car I purchased was already having problems the day after I bought it. These people were not understanding of the situation at all and tried blaming me for what was wrong with it. They made buying my first car a terrible experience. Totally unprofessional. After being accused of romping on the car and breaking something in the motor, to being accused of stealing something off of the car, all the way to Kenny actually telling the person that I was with that he wasn't allowed to buy a car from dick hannah again and that he can leave. There were more words exchanged that I'm not going to bother putting on here. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option on here. The only reason they deserve a star at all is because of Mike El Krewi. He made the terrible experience a little better. In the end they ended up taking the car back but not before they treated us poorly. I'm sure buying a new car is a different experience from here. For a dealership that "believes in nice" they were sure rude. More
