He called me and said that the car was in demand and would be 4K over MSRP . When I asked why since the average True Car was below MSRP he said" My boss said it is our car and we can charge anything we want" I subsequently bought the car from another amazing dealer considerably below MSRP. More

Our advisor said there would be at least a one hour wait! I declined and went elsewhere. The dealership needs to keep up with our Subaru service needs. Judging from all the Subys in the greater Vancouver area I recommend that they increase the number of techs and update their waiting area. It sucks to sit elbow to elbow like we’re on a flight to LA ! More
