Khalil was a great help, so funny, super easy to chat with, and his guidance during this process as well as his transparency is what sealed the deal for me. 5 stars, A+ salesperson! Khalil and David were extremely patient with me as my insurance company hit a snag when their whole system went down immediately after I paid my first premium so I was unable to provide proof of purchase as I never received a confirmation email. however, unnamed insurance company has since fixed the issue, and while it was super embarrassing to be sitting in a closed dealership on hold with insurance, I never heard a complaint from my team. I’m picking up my new car this morning after some finalizing paperwork and I couldn’t be happier! THANK YOU KHALIL!!! you’ve just gained a lifetime customer! More

His easy demeanor, candid explanations and wit made the experience an overall joy. The sales team I worked with was efficient and worked hard to find the best deal to fit my budget. The best part of my visit was when my wife and I were reviewing paperwork to make a final decision. All of the sales team happily interacted with my two girls (both under 7yrs old) in the play area keeping them from getting bored and disruptive. That attention to detail means a lot when making an important decision like purchasing a vehicle. Overall, I would say that the team at Dick Hannah Subaru has figured out how to provide great customer service and make purchasing a vehicle less stressful.
