Got my 2020 Outback and it was the best experience I could ask for from a dealership. Patricio was excellent in every way, he communicated the timeline very well since I car was special ordered and too could ask for from a dealership. Patricio was excellent in every way, he communicated the timeline very well since I car was special ordered and took 2 months to arrive. He was personal ans took care of our family really well. No back and forth, no typical dealership treatment. I would highly highly recommend Dick Hannah and particularly Patricio. More
