Hannah pricing was so much better than the competitors it wasn't even a contest! At the dealership, Patricio Soler was my first in-person contact .. what a great first impression! Patricio was an incredibly personable sales professional - and I emphasize professional: knowledgeable, efficient, and no pressure. He and his team, Tuan Bui and Erik Clover, were all very graciously long-suffering, as I came unprepared for the financing portion of the transaction, thus causing them to stay well after closing trying to access information needed to get me out the door in the car I wanted. I did end up having to return (prepared) the next day to finalize the sale, and Patricio and Tuan were just as welcoming and gracious with their time for round two as they had been the previous day. They all worked very hard with such fabulous personalities - I have never had such a good experience with a dealership in my 67 years! Thank you SO much to everyone.
